ImageSticker.pro ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered sticker generation service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you sign in with Google, we collect:
- Email address: For account identification and communications
- Display name: For personalization
- Profile picture: For account display (optional)
- Firebase User ID (UID): For authentication and database operations
2.2 Usage Data
We automatically collect:
- Credit balance and transactions: Purchases, generations, refunds, expirations
- Generation history: Timestamps, art styles selected, model tier used
- API usage logs: IP address, user agent, generation metadata
- Error logs: Failed generation attempts and error types
2.3 User Content
When you use our service, we process:
- Uploaded images: Temporarily processed for sticker generation
- Custom prompts: Optional text instructions for generation
- Generated stickers: Stored temporarily for download
2.4 Payment Information
We do NOT store payment card information. All payment processing is handled by LemonSqueezy. We only receive:
- Order ID and transaction reference
- Payment amount and currency
- Order confirmation email

4.2 Legal Requirements

5. Data Retention
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Generated Stickers Are NOT Stored by Our Service
Generated stickers exist only in your browser's memory during your active session. We do NOT store, save, or retain generated images on our servers. Once you close or reload the browser page, all generated stickers are permanently lost.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for downloading and saving any stickers you want to keep immediately after generation. Use the download button provided for each sticker. We cannot recover lost stickers after your browser session ends.

6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:

- Access controls: Firestore security rules enforce user isolation
- Authentication: Firebase Authentication with Google OAuth 2.0
- API security: Webhook signature verification, rate limiting
- Monitoring: Automated alerts for suspicious activity
However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
7. Your Privacy Rights
7.1 Access and Export
You have the right to request a copy of your personal data. Email support@imagesticker.pro to request a data export (JSON format).
7.2 Correction
You can update your display name and profile picture through your Google account settings. Email us to correct inaccurate transaction data.
7.3 Deletion (Right to be Forgotten)
You can request permanent account deletion by emailing support@imagesticker.pro. Deletion is irreversible and includes:
- All account data and credit balance (no refunds for unused credits)
- All generated stickers and upload history
- All preferences and settings
Note: Transaction logs will be retained for 7 years per legal requirements, but will be anonymized (email and Firebase UID removed).
7.4 Opt-Out of Marketing
We do not send marketing emails. Service-related emails (purchase confirmations, expiration warnings) cannot be opted out of while you have an active account.
7.5 Do Not Sell
We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties. We do not engage in targeted advertising or data brokerage.
8. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using our service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these jurisdictions.
For EU users: We rely on Google Cloud's and LemonSqueezy's GDPR-compliant data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses.
9. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.
10. Cookies and Tracking
We use minimal cookies for:
- Authentication: Firebase session cookies (required for service)
- Preferences: Art style selection, last settings used (local storage)
We do NOT use third-party analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) or advertising cookies.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be published on this site with 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
