Refund Policy

⚠️ Important Notice:

ImageSticker.pro operates an AI-powered service that depends on third-party APIs (Google Gemini) with inherent rate limits and availability constraints beyond our control. Please read this refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Two Remedy Options

Your sole and exclusive remedies for any complaint, dispute, or service issue are limited to ONE of the following two options at our discretion:

Option 1: Service Credit Refund

We may issue additional credits to your account for future sticker generation (same tier as original purchase). These service credits:

  • Will be added to your account balance immediately
  • Are subject to the same 30-day expiration policy
  • DO NOT extend your existing expiration date
  • Can only be used for sticker generation (not transferable or redeemable for cash)

Option 2: Monetary Refund

We may refund the amount paid for the specific transaction in question to your original payment method. Monetary refunds:

  • Are processed within 14 business days
  • Appear on your statement within 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
  • Are issued through LemonSqueezy payment processor
  • May incur payment processing fees (deducted from refund amount if applicable)

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

We may grant refunds or service credits for the following situations:

2.2 Ineligible Situations (Refunds NOT Granted)

We will NOT issue refunds for the following situations:

❌ Expired Credits

The 30-day expiration period is clearly stated at purchase, in the pricing modal, and in the Terms of Service. Each new purchase extends the expiration date, so expired credits indicate unused credits beyond the grace period. No exceptions.

❌ Lost or Not Downloaded Images

IMPORTANT: Generated stickers are NOT stored on our servers. They exist only in your browser's memory during your active session. We clearly warn users that images must be downloaded immediately.

We do NOT provide refunds for:

  • Images lost due to browser closure or page reload without downloading
  • Images lost due to browser crashes or technical issues on your device
  • Forgetting to download images before closing the browser
  • Accidental navigation away from the page

You are solely responsible for downloading and storing generated images. Lost images cannot be recovered and require new credit consumption to regenerate.

❌ User Input Errors

Examples include:

  • Incorrect emoji selection
  • Invalid or corrupted uploaded images
  • Custom prompts that violate Google's AI policies
  • Unsupported image formats or sizes

These errors are preventable by following UI guidance. Failed generations due to user errors automatically refund credits.

❌ Artistic Quality Dissatisfaction

AI-generated content is inherently unpredictable. We cannot guarantee specific artistic outcomes. If you are dissatisfied with the generated sticker's quality, style accuracy, or appearance, this is NOT grounds for a refund. You may regenerate using different settings.

❌ Google Gemini API Safety Filter Blocks

Google's AI safety systems may block content deemed inappropriate, violent, or otherwise violating Google's policies. These blocks are beyond our control and result in automatic credit refunds. No additional compensation is provided.

❌ Temporary Rate Limit Delays

Google imposes rate limits on API usage. Delays under 48 hours are considered normal operational variance. Our retry logic and model fallback mechanisms minimize impact. No refunds for temporary delays.

❌ Partially Used Credit Packs

Once you have used ANY credits from a purchased pack, the remaining credits are non-refundable. Example: If you purchase 50 credits and use 10, you cannot request a refund for the remaining 40 credits.

❌ Change of Mind

Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our service (credits added immediately upon purchase), we do not offer "change of mind" refunds once credits are added to your account.

Filing a chargeback (credit card dispute) without first attempting resolution through our support process is considered fraudulent abuse and will result in:

  • Forfeiture of all remaining credits (no refund)
  • Permanent ban from creating new accounts
  • Potential legal action for fraud

ALWAYS contact us first before filing a chargeback. We are committed to fair resolution of legitimate disputes.

4.3 Binding Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved through our refund and escalation process shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Service Outages

In the event of extended service outages (>48 consecutive hours), we will proactively issue service credits to all affected users proportional to their unused credit balance. No manual request required.

5.2 Catastrophic Failures

If a catastrophic technical failure results in widespread credit deductions without generations, we will:

  1. Automatically refund all affected credits via server logs
  2. Issue additional 10% service credit bonus as apology
  3. Post incident notification on this site explaining the issue
  4. Extend expiration dates by 7 days for affected users

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Material changes will be published on this site with 30 days notice. Purchases made under the previous policy will honor the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
