Your sole and exclusive remedies for any complaint, dispute, or service issue are limited to ONE of the following two options at our discretion:

We will NOT issue refunds for the following situations:
The 30-day expiration period is clearly stated at purchase, in the pricing modal, and in the Terms of Service. Each new purchase extends the expiration date, so expired credits indicate unused credits beyond the grace period. No exceptions.
IMPORTANT: Generated stickers are NOT stored on our servers. They exist only in your browser's memory during your active session. We clearly warn users that images must be downloaded immediately.
We do NOT provide refunds for:
You are solely responsible for downloading and storing generated images. Lost images cannot be recovered and require new credit consumption to regenerate.

These errors are preventable by following UI guidance. Failed generations due to user errors automatically refund credits.
AI-generated content is inherently unpredictable. We cannot guarantee specific artistic outcomes. If you are dissatisfied with the generated sticker's quality, style accuracy, or appearance, this is NOT grounds for a refund. You may regenerate using different settings.
Google's AI safety systems may block content deemed inappropriate, violent, or otherwise violating Google's policies. These blocks are beyond our control and result in automatic credit refunds. No additional compensation is provided.
Google imposes rate limits on API usage. Delays under 48 hours are considered normal operational variance. Our retry logic and model fallback mechanisms minimize impact. No refunds for temporary delays.
Once you have used ANY credits from a purchased pack, the remaining credits are non-refundable. Example: If you purchase 50 credits and use 10, you cannot request a refund for the remaining 40 credits.
Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our service (credits added immediately upon purchase), we do not offer "change of mind" refunds once credits are added to your account.

⚠️ Warning About Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback (credit card dispute) without first attempting resolution through our support process is considered fraudulent abuse and will result in:

Any disputes not resolved through our refund and escalation process shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
In the event of extended service outages (>48 consecutive hours), we will proactively issue service credits to all affected users proportional to their unused credit balance. No manual request required.
